2. Go to "My Orders", find the order with the item(s) you want to return, and click "Order Details".
3. Click "Return Item", select the item(s), choose a return reason, and click "Next Step".
4. Select your "Refund Method". • The first return shipping for each order is free.
• For additional returns from the same order, a $7.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for each return.
• Some return methods may not be available due to carrier restrictions.
• In some instances, we may issue a refund without requiring the item to be returned.
