We ship by international express parcel Yunexpress. We also offer an in-store collection service where you can send a pre-paid box or come to our warehouse under the guidance of a sales manager.

We accept PayPal, Debit & Credit Cards, , Bank Transfer.

After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs some time to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

We hope you love your order, but if you're not completely satisfied, returning items is easy. Most items sold on Jellytoyboy-us.com can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return windows may vary for certain items sold by third-party sellers. You can check the product details page for specific return eligibility. To return an item:
1. Sign in to your Jellytoyboy-us account.
2. Go to "My Orders", find the order with the item(s) you want to return, and click "Order Details".
3. Click "Return Item", select the item(s), choose a return reason, and click "Next Step".
4. Select your "Refund Method". • The first return shipping for each order is free.
• For additional returns from the same order, a $4.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for each return.
• Some return methods may not be available due to carrier restrictions.
• In some instances, we may issue a refund without requiring the item to be returned.
