How to place order？
Ordering online at Jellytoyboy-us.com is easy. Just add the products to your shopping basket, enter your address and complete the payment by Paypal, debit or credit card.
Which shipping methods do you offer?
We ship by international express parcel Yunexpress. We also offer an in-store collection service where you can send a pre-paid box or come to our warehouse under the guidance of a sales manager.

How long will the order take to arrive?
After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs some time to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

How do I return items?
We hope you love your order, but if you're not completely satisfied, returning items is easy. Most items sold on Jellytoyboy-us.com can be returned within 30 days of delivery. 2. Go to "My Orders", find the order with the item(s) you want to return, and click "Order Details".
3. Click "Return Item", select the item(s), choose a return reason, and click "Next Step".
4. Select your "Refund Method". • The first return shipping for each order is free.
• For additional returns from the same order, a $7.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for each return.
• Some return methods may not be available due to carrier restrictions.
• In some instances, we may issue a refund without requiring the item to be returned.
Note: The following items are not eligible for return: bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, jewelry, accessories, cosmetics, pet products, clearance items, final sale items, free gifts, and customized items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
